Adoption Process
Adopting a pet from the Homeless Pets Foundation means giving a deserving animal a second chance at life while gaining a loyal companion. All of our pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Your adoption fee helps us continue our mission of saving homeless pets.

Appointment Only
Adoptions are by appointment. Apply to meet the pet(s) you’re interested in, and we’ll schedule a time!
Matchmaking
Once we receive your application, we’ll call to get to know you and your family. If it’s a good match, we’ll request a video home visit.

Meet Our Furbaby
We’ll schedule a meet and greet at our headquarters, where you can bring your current pets (excluding cats) to see how they interact.
Make it Official
After the meet and greet, we’ll finalize the adoption and walk you through all necessary paperwork.

Join the Family
We’ll set up your complimentary post-adoption wellness exam with one of our veterinarians to answer any questions regarding your new furry friend!
