What to Expect
Swap the “Zen” for the “Zone.” Join us for a 60-minute Pilates session featuring the Homeless Pets Foundation’s most adorable, adoptable puppies. While you focus on alignment, breathing, and core strength, our furry friends will be roaming the room to provide morale support (and the occasional distraction). Note: This class utilizes Pilates props. Please be mindful of paws and tails as you move through your exercises!

Whether you have a strong “Powerhouse” or you’ve never touched a Pilates ring in your life, you belong here. Our skilled instructor will offer modifications for every movement, ensuring a safe and effective workout for beginners and pros alike.
