Happy faces all around! This blue-eyed beauty generated a LOT of interest but only needed one home and has found it! Thanks to all who wanted to adopt Vanity. Her new name is Bertie and we think she looks right at home already!
Dr. Phil Good, owner of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, received his Bachelor of Science with highest honors in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2006. Phil finally came to his senses, realizing he’d much rather work with animals than in a chemical plant. Dr. Good obtained his doctorate in veterinary medicine from UGA in 2011.
Cornbread picked his forever mom when she came to look at available dogs. He laid by her feet and wouldn’t budge, staking his claim on her. It worked! (Wish we could tell the other dogs to try this.)
Let’s hear it for Lucie everybody! She got a new mom and pop. Lucie was very scared at our shelter and loves to be held close. Her soon to be retired (t minus 6 months) new mom and already retired new dad wanted a small dog they could baby and take on walks. Everybody wins!…
Luke has left the building! Luke (on right) joins a family with two other canine playmates and doting parents! They looked at a number of dogs at local shelters and rescue groups and Luke won their hearts. Understandable. Congratulations to the new family and thank you for adopting!
