Long time HPF resident, Stewie (solid black kitty), went into a trial adoption a couple of weeks ago. We’re happy to report that his new mom signed on the dotted line this past Sunday. Stewie is officially part of the family. Happy purrs sweet boy!

We were concerned when 9 year old Piper was surrendered into our program. Older pets have a difficult time adjusting to shelter life and often wait a while to be adopted. Sophie and Turnip we part of a litter of orphaned kittens. Our amazing bottle feeding volunteer helped nurse them to health and now they have found a home! Happy purrs sweet kittens!
Little Rhett got a new sister and parents too! Sister (camera shy, apparently) is a year old lab mix so these two tots will have a great time growing up together! Thank you for adopting!
