Just wanted to send in an update about Ethel. We have fallen completely in love with this sweet girl!!! She took to me right away. She was a bit leery of my Husband but a piece of cheese soon helped her trust him more. Our 3 year old LOVES her and has renamed her “Nutkin”. She is extremely smart, follows us around everywhere, loves to cuddle on the couch, is doing AMAZING with becoming house broken & we adore her!!! Thank you for taking such good care of her until we found her! Someone truly lost a great friend when they gave “Ethel” up! -Patty Manion
Dr. Phil Good, owner of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, received his Bachelor of Science with highest honors in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2006. Phil finally came to his senses, realizing he’d much rather work with animals than in a chemical plant. Dr. Good obtained his doctorate in veterinary medicine from UGA in 2011.
Hooray for Balto! He’s found a home where he’s loved by his mom Kayla, dad Lance and furry sis Ellie (the blond). They report he loves everybody and has enjoyed playing with all his new toys and exploring his new back yard. Congrats and thank you for adopting!
Big boy Nixon has found (another) great home! [His first adoption didn’t work out because the 3-year old in the house couldn’t get used to a dog 5 times her size!] But the 2nd time seems to be the charm for this kid-loving furball. We have updates from the family that he is well behaved…
This cute family stopped to “window shop” and left with a new friend! Rodi the wire-haired dachshund loves everyone so we know she will fit in well in her new home and enjoy playing with the Maltese the family already has. Thank you for ADOPTING!
Dogs are surrendered by their owners for many reasons, most often not because the dog did anything wrong. Kris was surrendered after his owner started having to travel for work and felt guilty leaving Kris in boarding so much. Sophie and Turnip we part of a litter of orphaned kittens. Our amazing bottle feeding volunteer helped nurse them to health and now they have found a home! Happy purrs sweet kittens!
This engaged couple is practicing their “I dos” by starting with “I adopt”. They picked Mocha as their first pup together and boy did they get a lot in a little package! Mocha’s got a ton of character and is really fun. Best wishes to all! Thanks for adopting!
