Kroger Community Rewards

You can now support Homeless Pets Foundation just by shopping at Kroger.  To get started, follow these instructions to enroll your Kroger Plus Card in Kroger Community Rewards (if you don’t have a Kroger Plus Card, they are available at the customer service desk at any Kroger).

1.  Go to https://www.kroger.com/account/enrollCommunityRewardsNow

2.  Click Sign In/Register

3.  Most of you will be new online customers, so you must click SIGN UP TODAY in the “New Customer?” box

4.  Sign up for a Kroger Rewards account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, and finally agreeing to the terms and conditions

5.  Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step

6.  Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus card number

7.  Update or confirm your information

8.  Our NPO number is 53687 or you can select Homeless Pets Foundation from the list and click “Confirm”

9.  To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page
