Dr. Phil Good, owner of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, received his Bachelor of Science with highest honors in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2006. Phil finally came to his senses, realizing he’d much rather work with animals than in a chemical plant. Dr. Good obtained his doctorate in veterinary medicine from UGA in 2011.
Our sweet mama cat, Missy, went to her new home. She was a great mama and all of her babies have been adopted. Now it’s her turn! Happy purrs Missy!
We love our volunteers and adopters. So when a couple who volunteers with us adopted from us, we were over the moon! Volunteers Jackie and Kenny help us wrangle, exercise and showcase our dogs at mobile adoption events. When you’re hands on with the dogs on a regular basis you get to know them well….
Betty Boop was part of a litter of kittens found outside by one of our volunteers. Now she has a forever home.
As the Holiday season approached, HPF asked if anyone was willing to foster a cat to free up space and ease the burden on the volunteers. Dice rolled on outta here with his proud new pop earlier this week! The fluffly chow mix was only in our program a week or so so most of us never even got to meet him. Wish they all had such short stays.
