From pitiful to pampered in a matter of months. Rosa was rescued from a cruelty case in November. She was skin and bones. Despite everything, she showed she still had trust in humans and would try to crawl in your lap and curl up like a dog a quarter of her size!
Craig saw Rosa at one of our adoption events and convinced Lauriel they COULD foster a pit bull (they already have two at home). After a couple of weeks our foster coordinator called to remind the couple to bring Rosa to our next adoption event. They did us one better – they showed up and filled out the adoption paperwork for her themselves! Congratulations to Rosa for finding new parents who’ll treat her like she always deserved to be treated! Thank you for adopting!!!
Dr. Phil Good, owner of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, received his Bachelor of Science with highest honors in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2006. Phil finally came to his senses, realizing he’d much rather work with animals than in a chemical plant. Dr. Good obtained his doctorate in veterinary medicine from UGA in 2011.
Big sweetheart Otis found his forever home! He went into a trial adoption 2 weeks ago to see how he did around the family’s cats and he’s apparently passed the test! Congratulations to the new family! Thank you for adopting.
Our Daughter, who worked part time at T&C, adopted a Terrier mix puppy from a litter that was born at the clinic. At the time our Daughter was living with us and eventually moved to a place of her own. We had gotten attached to Mia and asked that she remain with us. She did…
Levy (Darla) is doing great in her new home! Thank you for helping us find her. Picture is from our first hike together at Sweetwater Creek State Park (she had a blast!). -Jenna Krall
This cute couple just got even cuter! They adopted a puppy who’d been with us such a short time he didn’t even have a name yet! Wish they all went that fast. Congrats to Puppy Doe and his new parents! Thank you for adopting.
