A hearty thank you and congratulations to the Bair’s for adopting Diamond, now called Lucy. The Bair’s were looking for someone to love after having to say goodbye to their 13 year old lab Jake. They’ve been patiently teaching Lucy that their cat Puddy is someone to hang out with, not chase. And she’s learning, much to Puddy’s relief.
Dr. Phil Good, owner of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, received his Bachelor of Science with highest honors in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2006. Phil finally came to his senses, realizing he’d much rather work with animals than in a chemical plant. Dr. Good obtained his doctorate in veterinary medicine from UGA in 2011.
Isis (ex-Ambrosia) is doing great. She is a wonderful cat. Very sweet and quite playful. She spends most of her looking out the windows and napping. She’s very animated when chasing her favorite toy (a good old-fashioned string) and is very vocal when she’s ready to play. She’s funny in that she follows me around…
Halle celebrated Mother’s Day with her brand new mom yesterday! She not only got a great new mother, but one who’s a veterinarian too. And look at her cute new human brother. Good work Halle! We’ll miss you. Thank you for adopting!
Luna is adapting well to her new home! Lily and Luna are good friends/sisters now. She’s very playful and loves her kitty tower. -Kyle Kerns Lena was a very special cat to the volunteers at Homeless Pets Foundation. She was found as a tiny kitten with part of one of her back legs missing. …
Luke has left the building! Luke (on right) joins a family with two other canine playmates and doting parents! They looked at a number of dogs at local shelters and rescue groups and Luke won their hearts. Understandable. Congratulations to the new family and thank you for adopting!
Toby got picked by a guy named Cody! Looks like Toby has quickly learned that the bed is the best place in the house for kicking back with toys.
