This adorable family saw Cosmo online and knew they had to have him. After their online application was approved they drove up from Newnan and met their new big baby! Meet 11-year old Jeffrey, a proud adopter! He, his mom and his grandfather decided to adopt and Jeffrey picked the dog and filled out the application himself.
