Dr. Phil Good, owner of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, received his Bachelor of Science with highest honors in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2006. Phil finally came to his senses, realizing he’d much rather work with animals than in a chemical plant. Dr. Good obtained his doctorate in veterinary medicine from UGA in 2011.
We love our volunteers and adopters. So when a couple who volunteers with us adopted from us, we were over the moon! Volunteers Jackie and Kenny help us wrangle, exercise and showcase our dogs at mobile adoption events. When you’re hands on with the dogs on a regular basis you get to know them well….
Rogue came to us with her brother when they were teeny babies. They were malnourished and had bad eye infections. Our amazing bottle feeding volunteer nursed them to perfect health, and now Rogue has a family to call her own.
Used by a breeder until she was considered too old, then tossed out of his vehicle on Highway 400 like trash, Mavis never knew love. Until now. Welcome to the life you always deserved, Mavis! Congratulations on your new home and family. We’re all rooting for you! Thank you so much for adopting Mavis!
One less homeless puppy! Thanks for adopting Grasshopper!
Peaches, our special needs kitty with autoimmune disease, found her angel on Sunday. We love all of our adopters, but the ones who adopt our special needs babies have a special place in our hearts. Happy purrs sweet girl!
Clyde was feeling mighty lonely after his sister Bonnie was adopted last week. He perked up at his Petsmart adoption event debut. Then he got downright giddy when this family picked him as their new furry kid! Congratulations to all!
