You’ve got to love a little girl who says she wants to adopt a dog for her birthday! This little sweetie (pictured with an HPF volunteer) came to Petsmart this weekend with her mom to pick out a dog. They chose Stevie, one of the most laid-back and loving dogs ever! They couldn’t take Stevie home right then because they were on their way to a birthday party but mom came back for Stevie the next day. Mom Jasmine says Stevie is “the perfect dog and everyone in the family already loves her”
Dr. Phil Good, owner of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, received his Bachelor of Science with highest honors in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2006. Phil finally came to his senses, realizing he’d much rather work with animals than in a chemical plant. Dr. Good obtained his doctorate in veterinary medicine from UGA in 2011.
Mildred came our way via a north GA animal control facility. They were full and animals were at risk of being killed due to lack of space. She. Was. Terrified. She clung to the volunteer who brought her in like her life depended on it. And it kind of did. After weeks at our shelter…
Luna is adapting well to her new home! Lily and Luna are good friends/sisters now. She’s very playful and loves her kitty tower. -Kyle Kerns Lena was a very special cat to the volunteers at Homeless Pets Foundation. She was found as a tiny kitten with part of one of her back legs missing. …
Willow’s new family has her decked out in style! She’s now called Olive and will be doted on by a mom and pop, two teenage sisters and two preteen brothers. That should make for one VERY spoiled former shelter dog! Thank you so much for adopting this perky pup!
She saw him at Petsmart last weekend and couldn’t get him out of her mind. Now Yogi (on right) has a new family! Congratulations and thank you for adopting!
I adopted Felix, who is now named Tigger, from you. He was heartworm positive also. You provided all of his medicines and vet care and he is healthy and very well loved! Thank you for all you do for animals. -Carolyn Sussman
