This family saw Clara’s picture after we rescued her and knew that she was meant to be a part of their family. They patiently waited for her babies to be born and weaned and for Clara to be spay. Now that Clara is healed and her babies no longer need her, she is heading out to her new home. It’s not often that our mama cats get adopted before their babies. Happy purrs sweet mama cat!
Dr. Phil Good, owner of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, received his Bachelor of Science with highest honors in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2006. Phil finally came to his senses, realizing he’d much rather work with animals than in a chemical plant. Dr. Good obtained his doctorate in veterinary medicine from UGA in 2011.
Angie who’s deaf and had been abandoned in a fenced industrial property along with her brother Blake has been given a new “leash” on life! Thank you so much for giving this pretty girl a chance! Congrats to the new family!
Bear, the black German Spitz, has found his forever home. Last weekend he went into a 2-week trial adoption (which we offer on our adult dogs) and his new parents called after one week and said the trial is over, he’s here to stay! Congrats to all! Thanks for adopting!
Chrome is home! Ryan, a lacrosse player and coach, came all the way from Savannah to adopt this cutie. We think they make a good duo and wish them a happy life together! Thanks for adopting!
Caution: there’s a big occupational hazard in store for those who work in our kennels – you fall in love over and over and over again. This new employee couldn’t help but fall for sweet and calm Dodger and asked how he could adopt him. We gladly showed him. Congratulations to both of you guys!…
We would be lost without all of the activity provided by our Alex and Abbey. They are so much fun and keep us constantly entertained playing with each other. We are delighted we adopted them. Thanks to the folks at Homeless Pets Foundation for bringing us together. -Ron and Carolyn
