This couple did everything right. They fell for Joker online but didn’t let that stop them from considering all the factors of adopting him first. They scheduled a meet and greet to get to know him. They brought their other adopted dog, Ella, to meet Joker to see if Ella also gave him the stamp of approval. They consulted Ella’s trainer to make sure Joker and Ella seemed compatible and a good fit. THEN they completed the application, were approved (of course!) and took home their new big baby!
Joker is now “Frankie” (after Sinatra, ol’ blue eyes) and is right where he should have been all along! Congrats and thank you so much for taking adoption seriously! Best wishes to the whole family!
Dr. Phil Good, owner of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, received his Bachelor of Science with highest honors in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2006. Phil finally came to his senses, realizing he’d much rather work with animals than in a chemical plant. Dr. Good obtained his doctorate in veterinary medicine from UGA in 2011.
“Chester has such a strong personality he’s like having a little kid! Haha he’s the best dog I could have imagined getting. My room mates and I always talk about how lucky I was for getting such a good dog! Thank you guys so much for the work that you do for these animals! He…

She’s been a great mother and the pups are weaned and adoptable now but she won’t have to stick around and watch them leave because, in a rare turn of events, mom got adopted first! Thanks so…
This young woman had her eye on Hershey for a few weeks but was planning a move, so wasn’t quite ready to adopt. She’s finally all settled in to her new place and brought Hershey home. Happy purrs sweet boy!
